All biscuits are shipped with Royal Mail’s Track 24 Service which starts from £3.99 a box and increases by weight. Currently 98% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. 

If ordered before 11am your biscuits will be dispatched the following day. We are closed over the weekend, so a Friday order will be dispatched on a Monday. 

We cannot take responsibility for address errors. Any returned packages to our HQ can only be re-sent at the customer’s cost.

Please note that, as all of our cookies are handmade, there may be some variation in the designs.

Our biscuits have a shelf life of 90 days unpainted, and we guarantee that all biscuits have a minimum of six weeks shelf life from the moment they arrive with the recipient.

Also, whilst we try our very best, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be duplicates of some designs in your order.
