All biscuits are shipped with Royal Mail’s Track 24 Service which starts from £4.99 a box and increases by weight. Currently 98% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.

If ordered before 11am your biscuits will be dispatched the following day. We are closed over the weekend, so a Friday order will be dispatched on a Monday. Of you order over 5 boxes, it is likely your biscuist will be dispatched within 2 days.

If you email us as soon as you place the order with a new address we can make the amend. Once dispatched,  we cannot take responsibility for address errors. Any returned packages to our HQ can only be re-sent at the customer’s cost.

Yes there is an option to add a gift note at check out. It will be included in your box.

No we don’t. There will be no proof of purchase or details of the cost of the product found in the box - making them perfect for a gift!

If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us via email. Complaints should be sent immediately upon receipt of the product to hello@picklesandbakes.com .Evidence of any faults or damages should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.

Imagine using a water colour set and then trying a felt tip pen – the difference you encounter, is exactly the same as you’ll find with the edible versions. They are both super fun, but offer a different result. 

As long a child can hold a pen or a paint brush they will enjoy interacting with their biscuit. We’ve had everyone from an 18 month old to a 98 year old having a go and loving it!

If kept unopened in their boxes the Biscuits have a shelf life of 11 weeks. 

Once painted or coloured we recommend eating them within a few days to get them at their best

No they contain dairy and wheat flour. If you require them to be gluten or dairy free, do please contact us directly at Hello@picklesandbakes.com and we can try to help.

Yes- our boxes, sleeves and stuffing are all recyclable. Our pens and paint brushes are all reusable.
